1. Roll on the floor laughing - Laughter boosts your immunity, eases stress, promotes social bonding and lowers blood pressure.  Join us for Laughter & Yoga classes every Sunday 6-7 pm.

    3. Get 7 hours of sleep - It not only helps you live longer, but also lowers your stress, sharpens your memory & reduces cravings for junk food.

    4. Take a deep belly breath - You will learn how to do this in my yoga classes.
