Naam Yoga in LA is offering free yoga classes with spectacular panoramic ocean views. Join us to experience an energizing and relaxing yoga practice, using sound, breath, mind, body and spirit. Bring a yoga mat, a friend, a smile and go to Palisades Park (@Ocean and Idaho Ave). Fridays 4:30-5:30pm, Saturdays and Sundays 10:30-11:30 am.
