#CNY - New Years Eve Dinner

Chinese Chicken Salad Recipe

1 piece of boneless skinless chicken thigh (I like dark meat)

1 clove of garlic and dice into fine pieces

1 tsp of sesame oil

1 tsp of garlic salt

1 tbs of soy sauce

1 tbs of Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze sauce

2 cucumbers

2-3 tbs of Chinese rice vinegar

(Serves 4-5 people)

Boil chicken in a pot of water until cooked (cut it open with knife to check inside and if it's pink, cook some more).

Take cooked chicken out of pot to cool.

Shred chicken with hand into thin strips and mix in minced garlic, garlic salt, sesame oil, soy sauce in a bowl and Teriyaki Baste & Glaze sauce. Let it marinate

Slice cucumbers diagonally into thin slices after washing and patting dry with paper towel

Put slices in another bowl, add a dash of pepper, garlic salt and sesame oil

Add Chinese rice vinegar and Kraft Light Asian Toasted Sesame dressing

Pour marinated chicken on top of the bowl of cucumber and serve!
