Sol Inspired is UPF 50
Sun protective clothing is one of the most effective ways to prevent

When I receive a compliment about my scarf, I say “Thanks! Have you heard of Sol Inspired?”
If they are interested, I tell them that “It’s a new line of stylish wrinkle-free clothes that goes with everything  There’s nothing like it! It keeps me warm when it’s cold & cool when it’s hot.
The added bonus is no more sun-burn!”

I want to share my 9/12 Vision Board with you. Love the Mixer on Wednesday night at the new UCLA hospital in Santa Monica. Want to start a regular women's networking group in Brentwood
Here is my Photo Story: I went to high school in Honolulu, Hawaii before going to U.C. Riverside for my Business Administration degree. I graduated from college in 3 years, then worked at Dun & Bradstreet in Hong Kong for a year. In 1998, I became certified as an elementary school teacher & taught for 2 years. It was a stressful, thankless job plus I got sick a lot (caught colds from my students). So, when there was talk of school budget cuts, I decided to return to the business world. In the winter of 2007, I was really ill from my temporary job as an office specialist at Santa Monica-Malibu School District (SMMUSD). Since I had no health insurance, I tried to treat my "cold" with over-the-counter drugs & alternative means. I love to travel & didn't want to be sick during the holidays because I was going to a big family reunion in the Bay area. My illness turned into a fever & I had trouble breathing at night. Still, I hesitated to call a hospital to schedule a visit. There is a free clinic, but it's always crowded and I was too sick to wait. Luckily, with a combination of things like rest, positive visualization & my mom's TLC, I got better. That was when I decided to take 100% responsibility for my health. I just got certified as a yoga teacher before I was at SMMUSD & wanted to teach yoga to the staff there. However, while a few were interested, they didn't come to my Yoga at the Park classes. That was when I started my Yoga Meetup and met Kim Selberthttp://www.kimselbert.com. We've been working hard to bring Laughter & Yoga to people in West L.A. since then. When people ask me about what I do, I just say "Laughter & Yoga" and most of them are intrigued. It's hard to explain what Laughter & Yoga is like - come for a fun evening of dance, laughter, movement, music & party this Sunday 9/18 or the next 9/25! You don't need to know yoga to enjoy this classOnce you've experienced it, you will love it. Here is my guarantee to you - it's a donation class so pay as you can $10-$15. If you are not satisfied at the end of class, simply ask for your money back. Contact me if you're interested in joining this group.

I joined Sunrider because it is a local family-owned business. I also like their high-quality health products. http://www.sunrider.com

I love Reserveage Organics -  Doctor Oz recommends that his viewers only take Resveratrol from a company that produces the supplements in an oxygen-free environment. Reserveage Organics agrees. Receive a free bottle of ViraLaurin Immune (to prepare for the cold & flu season) with the purchase of Resveratrol 500MG(60 count)*http://www.reserveage.com
