5 Health Hacks for Office Workers is challenging all of us to share their workplace health hacks. I am so glad to partner with them and share my tips with you. Check out Healthy Snacks for Work
  1. *Bring a healthy lunch & snack to work (save $ & eat less) - studies show we eat more at restaurants & vending machines usually have junk food so I bring a Kashi bar.
