1 in 3 deaths in U.S are caused by heart attacks and strokes. I learned about the A, B, C of cardiovascular disease prevention - Aspirin, Blood pressure and Cholesterol control. Did you know that air pollution increases or triggers heart attacks and strokes? "Put the fun or joy back to being healthy." Regina Benjamin, U.S. Surgeon General tweeted. Prevention is #1. February is American Heart Month! Use social media to encourage healthy heart habits in your area!

How do I love my heart? Let me count the ways.
I eat a balanced diet and exercise every day.
I do things that are good for me.
I make healthy choices in all areas of my life.
I educate and empower others to be healthy.
I allow myself to be who I want to be and do what I love to do!
