I attended the Q&A with ABC/Disney Executive and learned about opportunities for writers in the ABC Television Group’s Talent Development & Diversity programs play an integral part in launching successful careers in the entertainment industry. These programs are designed to attract, develop and staff individuals with diverse backgrounds and life experiences in either creative or production positions. Did you know that for over 20 years, the Disney|ABC Writing Program has been lauded as one of the most successful writer programs in the entertainment industry? Writers who are employed get paid an annual salary of $50,000.00. Those accepted into our talent development programs have the opportunity to hone their skills and perfect their craft under the supervision of network and studio executives, producers, writers and/or episodic directors. http://abctalentdevelopment.com
