4: Yoga - "It strengthens the body, calms the mind, and connects us to the infinite Universe. It is also delightful. Yoga helps us tap into the pharmacy within – the endocrine system." When this works well, we're healthy.

5: Nutrition - We are what we eat, fast food or junk makes us fat and can eventually cause health problems. You can't buy happiness, but you can invest in healthy food.

6:  Spending Time in Nature - I teach yoga at the park because I love the outdoors, the trees and the grass. In a University of Rochester study, 90% of people got a boost in energy and a brighter outlook when they spend time outdoors around, trees, grass and living things.
