I founded Fit-Twist:
a health referral service because I realized that being healthy
is not just about how you look on the outside but how you feel from the inside.
I am a yoga teacher who partners with other businesses or groups to bring
health and beauty to you via the internet as well as health events. My mission
is to help women be healthy inside out. Stress is the leading cause of
illness and
the reason for two thirds of the total visits to the Physician. Most women are
overworked and need a healthy way to reduce stress. 70% of adults are overweight
or obese. I will make it fun, easy and convenient for them to be healthy inside
out. My target market is women in their 30s and 50s and my goal is
to help them be well in all areas of their lives. I plan to offer a Corporate
Wellness Program with Fit-Twist Yoga that helps reduce stress. My goal is to help employees or the
staff will feel more energized and relaxed at the same time in just one class.
