P.S. Yoga has more than 5,000 years of history and close to 11 million Americans are enjoying its health benefits. In one study, participants 35% improvement in flexibility after only 8 weeks of yoga. Yoga helps to increase energy and reduce stress. It's a process of self-discovery and empowerment. I've been teaching yoga for more than 3 years.
