So show your support: wear red on National Wear Red Day® and Donate to Go Red For Woman. Also follow these simple healthy lifestyle hacks:

Eat more whole grains
Eat more vegetables
Cut back on red meat
Exercise at least 30 minutes a day
Be informed about the risks of heart attack
