This challenge will focus on fitness and self-discipline. We all have similar goals - to look and feel good.
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
- Workout at least 4-5 days a week for at least 30 minutes

Do 20-30 squats per day. You can increase by the week
- 30 second plank in the morning
- Cut back on sugar -No soda, juice or alcohol
