Give Thanks




It's time to be grateful for the blessings in our lives. It's time to pause and reflect on what's good and gather with loved ones to celebrate Thanksgiving.

I made a short gratitude list today. Here are 5 things I'm thankful for:

1. My family
2. My health
3. Free yoga
4. My teachers & people who inspire me 
5. The library
