Fall Back

Days are getting shorter and soon, it'll be Thanksgiving. This Sunday, we will turn back the clock one hour. I'd rather we don't have Daylight Saving because it takes me a few days to adjust to the time change. A few things that'll help are:

1. Exposure to sunlight
2. Have a set time to go to sleep
3. Exercise

I walk my dog every morning and I workout during lunch. I try to go to sleep around 11 pm every night. I plan to be moderate during the holidays. I will eat until I am 70-80% full and stop. I will exercise at least 6 times a week. I may even go on a few hikes during the weekends. How do you plan to have a healthy holiday?
