5 Natural Ways to Keep Cool

1. Go for a walk or do yoga on the beach

2. Put a pitcher of water in the fridge, drink as much as you need. Add a few drops of peppermint oil (make sure it's pure) to make it better.

3. Swim in a public pool

4. Put a damp towel in the fridge. Take it out when it's cold and put it around your neck.

5. Wash your face with cold water or take a cold shower.

If you're still hot, turn on the fan.
