Join my 7-day Gratitude Challenge:
1. Begin and end your day with Gratitude.
2. Practice seeing blessings in disguise.
3. Offer any of your routine activities as acts of gratitude.
4. Choose positive inner dialogue that acknowledges blessings.
5. Be present.
6. Write down 3 things you are grateful for.
7. Notice how good gratitude feels to you.
