Fit-Twist Health

Fit-Twist Health

I created Fit-Twist: a health referral service because I realized that being healthy is not just about how you look on the outside but how you feel on the inside. I am a yoga teacher and health coach who partners with other businesses and groups to bring health and wellness to you online and in person through health events. My mission is to empower women to be healthy inside-out. Stress is the leading cause of illness and the reason for two-thirds of the total visits to the doctors. Most women are overworked and need a healthy way to reduce stress. I plan to offer Corporate Wellness Programs with Fit-Twist Yoga and mindfulness practices that I developed and shared in my book, "Anti-Aging Secrets of Yoga" to help promote wellness and reduce stress. My goal is to help employees or the staff feel more energized and relaxed in just one class. I guarantee that you will feel better and healthier after taking my classes regularly for three to four weeks. Contact me for a 15-minute free consultation if you are a company that wants to promote wellness to your employees or staff. Find out how cost-effective it is to hire me. I have personally been suffering from work-related stress and know what over half of Americans are going through right now. Did you know the below facts

  • Women are more likely than men to overeat when dealing with work-related stress, while men are more likely to opt for drug use.
  • Workers with higher incomes are more likely to experience workplace stress.
  • Workplace stress facts indicate that the incapability of establishing good work-life balance is one of the leading causes of stress at work.
  • 1 in 3 customer service workers report they often feel emotionally exhausted after work. The cause of stress and eventual burnout in the customer service field is most likely the combination of the two omnipresent stressors: the routine of processing mostly identical requests repeatedly all day long and having to deal with customers’ frustrations without ever opposing them.
  • Working mothers are 18% more stressed than childless women.
  • Burnout syndrome accounts for 8% of the occupational illness cases.
  • Up to 69% of the surveyed healthcare employees have agreed they currently feel under pressure at their workplace.
Physical activity has been proven to regulate the release of stress hormones (cortisol, adrenaline, etc.) and renew your energy, which can undoubtedly increase your work performance and bring relief from work anxiety. Apart from regulating the production of stress hormones, exercise also stimulates the production of the body’s natural mood enhancers – endorphins.

According to statistics, mental health is what deteriorates first when working in a high stress environment. Thus, 44% of illnesses of stressed workers include work related depression. These also account for approximately 54% of all working days skipped because of health issues. Moreover, mental health issues such as depression and anxiety are most frequently seen among public service workers (such as social workers, teachers, and healthcare employees).

Workers who feel they’re under a lot of pressure might consider informing themselves on strategies that proved to be effective in alleviating anxiety in the workplace. First of all, you need your day to start properly – with a healthy meal and having everything planned in advance. Constant workplace stress can have detrimental effects on one’s health and professional performance.

Yoga and mindfulness can help improve overall health and wellness while reducing stress. Contact me for details.

  2. Demand over supply will also inevitably increase monetary compensation for available health care professionals. For those considering health services as a career, a wide open field awaits them with all the help they will need to establish their new careers. wendys for diabetics

  3. Check the school of interest for accreditation, tuition costs and length of programming. In some cases, a number of alternative medicine schools do provide natural health programs both days and evenings; and may even offer home-study courses and continuing education classes. white skype mdma online
