New Year New You Challenge


This challenge will focus on fitness and self-discipline. We all have similar goals - to look and feel good. 


  1.     Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
  2. Workout at least 4-5 days a week for at least 30 minutes
  3.           Do 20-30 squats per day.  You can increase by the week
  4. 30 second plank in the morning  
  5. Cut back on sugar -No soda, juice or alcohol

Healthy Lunch



I have been bringing lunch to work for over a decade and I like variety. I also have some favorites. I love Chinese chicken and cucumber salad. I also love Miracle Noodle, a gluten-free, low calorie alternative. They are easy to make and taste great. My favorite is the Pho flavor. I'll definitely get more.

Try some
